2025 Ceremony Information

The 2025 Ambies® ceremony will be held on March 31st, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place in Chicago!

4:00PM - 5:45PM: Welcome Reception & Check-in

6:00PM - 7:30PM: Awards Ceremony

• Our host venue is McCormick Convention Center – West Building. It’s a MASSIVE space, so follow the directions below based on your transportation.

  • Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Host Hotel Guests: The Skybridge to the conference center is located on LEVEL 2 of the Hyatt hotel. After exiting from the hotel elevator bank turn RIGHT and walk through the “Hyatt Conference Center” and over the sky bridge. Follow the clearly marked “Evolutions THIS WAY” signage and in a few short moments, you will be there!

  • Arriving by Ride Share / Car Drop-Off: Have your driver take you to this address: 2317 S Indiana Ave, Chicago, IL 60616 This will drop you off at the McCormick Place - West Building, Main Concourse. There will be an “Evolutions Event” sign out front of the main doorways signifying you’ve arrived. Once you enter the building, turn left and follow the “Evolutions - This Way” signage

  • Self Parking: See Detailed Parking Options Here

    • Lot A is the closest lot at a rate of $40 per day

    • Lot B has rates of $18 per day - but involves a 15-25 minute walk

    • If you are staying at the Hyatt & Self Parking - park in the hotel parking garage at a discounted rate of $28.00 per day with in and out privileges. Inform the Front Desk agent at check-in that you have parked in the garage so that your hotel key card can be activated for

• ADA Instructions To Event from Hyatt Skybridge:

  If you are arriving from the Hyatt skybridge and require the use of elevators instead of using a flight of stairs to enter the space, please follow the directions below which will guide you to access the event via an elevator
