Congratulations on your nomination! We are thrilled to welcome you to the awards show.

The Ballroom at The Arlo Williamsburg, 96 Wythe Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11249

Date and Time 

Monday, February 23, 2026

  • 6:30 PM: Check-in opens / Step & Repeat for nominees only (individual nominees/pre-submitted podcast nominee representative)

  • 7:00 PM: Check-in opens to all / Reception begins 

  • 7:30 PM:  Red Carpet Closes

    • Note: Step & Repeat will be open for all starting at 7:45 PM and will remain open throughout the evening. 

  • 8:00 PM: Ceremony starts 

  • 9:30 PM: Ceremony ends

All attendees should plan to be seated by the start of the show.

We hope that all our nominees can join the party! Please let us know if you’ll be there by using this link to either reserve tickets for yourself and one guest or to decline the invitation no later than Friday, February 6 (extended to Feb 13)!

The Ambies is an invite-only event, and invitations are not transferable. Capacity is limited, so shows that have been nominated in multiple categories have been allocated two tickets total, not two tickets for each of their nominations. The exception is for co-hosted shows, in which case each host is invited individually as a nominee.

Key Show Information

  • Check-in is in the lobby of the Arlo. Signage or staff will point you to the right spot.

  • Our dress code is creative chic - think stylish and memorable, without fuss. Dress for the camera because you will be photographed and filmed on site. 

  • A menu of complimentary cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks will be offered, but food will not be served. 

  • The show will run approximately 90-100 minutes total.

  • You can choose any unreserved seat in the ballroom, but try to have proximity to an aisle and the stage to make it a quick trip up if you are a winner. 

  • We will send guidance soon about how awards will be presented and on-stage expectations. If you are a winner, there will be a countdown clock visible to you while speaking on stage.

  • Is there a coat check?

    • Of course! Stay warm out there.

  • Are bags allowed?

    • Not capacious bags. You may bring small bags or purses, but please do not bring luggage as there is not enough storage capacity at coat check for these items and you can’t lug them around the ballroom. 

  • Who is hosting the Ambies this year?

    • We’ll be releasing the name of our host very soon. You’ll love him.

  • How many people can go on stage to accept the award if we win?

    • As many as you have on site, but remember that you all still need to stick to the 30-second time limit for your speech.

  • How are the winners of each category determined?

  • What if plans change and I can no longer accept the nomination live on behalf of my team?

    • Email Emma@thepodcastacademy.com as soon as possible so that we can update all our production elements.

  • Is travel covered for Nominees?

    • All nominees are required to provide their own travel & accommodations to/from New York City. We recommend taking a taxi or public transit to the Arlo, as street parking is always very limited in Williamsburg. While it is obviously convenient for overnight travelers to stay at the Arlo, there are at least five other hotels within walking distance you may also consider.

  • Will there be an on-demand version of the show after the event?
